What You'll Be Doing

In this fulfilling position, you'll do far more than simply address symptoms - you'll play a pivotal role in restoring routines, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting a passion for everyday activities. Whether guiding stroke survivors through fine motor rehabilitation or supporting orthopedic patients in reclaiming their mobility post-surgery, your expertise will provide person-centered care that bolsters resilience and autonomy.

This is not a workplace for routine checklists. Here, every patient has a story, and each therapy session represents a meaningful chapter in their journey. Collaborating with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers, you'll co-develop rehabilitation plans uniquely tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances.

Why You'll Love the Team - and the Community That Nurtures You

We have cultivated a culture that is both supportive and vibrant. Our rehabilitation team does more than just fulfill their roles - we encourage one another, exchange knowledge, and consistently celebrate achievements, both large and small. You will find a workplace where your contributions are valued, professional growth is a priority, and your daily impact is palpable.

And when it comes to your surroundings: Fresno, California enriches your life with a diverse blend of experiences. This city is a bright tapestry woven with nature's beauty - from stunning national parks nearby to picturesque hiking trails and sparkling lakes perfect for leisurely weekends. The local culture is equally inviting, bursting at the seams with art galleries, vibrant markets, and delicious food options ranging from farm-fresh produce to culturally diverse cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds.

The community thrives on creativity, culinary delights, and a spirit of collaboration, attracting artists, innovators, and families dedicated to making their impact on the region - all while maintaining a pace that allows time for leisurely strolls and community events.

Who We're Looking For

We are in search of individuals who view occupational therapy not just as a profession but as a passion. You should come alive seeing a patient relearn how to perform a task, or hearing the joy in their voice as they narrate their journey toward recovery.

Whether you are an established OTR/L with years of experience or a recently certified newcomer ready to jump in, you will flourish here if you bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a compassionate approach to your practice. If you are excited about harmonizing top-tier patient care with an enriching lifestyle, you have found your new home.

Let's Create Meaningful Change - Together

This is your chance to be part of something profound and transformative. With us, your contributions will make a difference in the lives of many, energizing recoveries and rebuilding what once was lost. And you'll do it in a vibrant community where hard work meets the joys of life.

If you are eager to grow, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community - we are excited to welcome you.
