Interim Senior Inventory Accountant

Our Vaco team is partnering with a manufacturing and distribution supplier on an interim Senior Inventory Accountant position. This incumbent will be responsible for month-end close tasks, montly reporting, and various inventory related responsibilities including but are not limied to: monitor and analyze inventory levels and assist with inventory cycle counts, run inventory aging reports, valuation adjustments/calcuations, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, warehouse, and financial operations.
Candidates that meet these minimum qualifications will be considered:
- 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Must have proven experience with inventory accounting and inventory reporting
- Strong data manipulation and Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, LOOKUPs, etc.)
*This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/week

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
