Job Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project documents and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure budget alignment.
- Source and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks related to cost and scheduling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs.
- Provide support during contract negotiations and project planning phases.
- Prepare and present cost analysis reports to management and clients.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Estimator should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive salary range between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience.
