- Mentorship & Development: Lead the team using internal LevelUp training programs and clinical guidance.
- Medical Oversight: Serve as Veterinarian of Record; ensure compliance with veterinary medical standards.
- Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with local pet owners and organizations in the Jensen Beach area.
- DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution or completion of ECFVG/PAVE.
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Active or eligible Florida veterinary license in good standing.
