Your Role in Healthcare
- Performing thorough assessments of patients and crafting tailored care strategies
- Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions both autonomously and in alignment with physician collaboration
- Instructing patients and their loved ones on wellness, prevention, and effective management of illnesses
- Prescribing necessary medications and therapies as permitted by your qualifications
- Engaging in follow-ups and chronic care initiatives
- Working seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to deliver well-rounded, focused care
- Maintaining accurate records through electronic medical platforms
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington state
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or similar specialization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the capacity to secure these within 90 days)
- A strong blend of clinical competence and empathy
- Exceptional communication abilities with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues

- Proficient in electronic medical records and familiar with telehealth technologies
