Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Manage wholesale sales channels and maintain strong partnerships with dispensaries, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Establish annual sales forecasts, goals, and performance metrics for the PA/NJ region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute brand placement strategies and promotional campaigns.
Client & Market Development
  • Represent Justice Cannabis Co. as a passionate brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships through trust, transparency, and product education.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to maximize profitability and shelf presence.
  • Monitor competitive trends, pricing, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, compliant fulfillment of wholesale orders.
  • Work with the Compliance team to ensure all sales activities meet state and federal regulatory standards.
  • Align sales strategy with production schedules and inventory forecasting.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights and regular reporting on sales performance, market share, and revenue metrics.

  • Serve as a role model of Justice Cannabis Co.'s values and people-first culture.
  • Support the growth and development of Sales Managers and Account Executives within the region.
  • Drive a results-oriented, collaborative sales culture that prioritizes integrity and partnership.

Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or director-level capacity.
    • Proven success in managing multi-state or multi-account territories.
    • Experience in cannabis, CPG, beverage, or other regulated industries highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of state cannabis compliance regulations in PA and NJ.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel frequently across the PA/NJ region. 50%-60% travel
