Hello,

This is The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Data Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote based in Clearwater, FL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • $20-$25/hr to start
  • 6-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and budget
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week; fully remote
Responsibilities
  • Generate new codes for products, shades, sizes, formula changes, packaging updates, and new SKUs across all professional brands
  • Ensure all new products and artworks have accurate internal codes to move through artwork, manufacturing, and supply-chain workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing, packaging, supply chain, regulatory, and artwork teams to gather required data and maintain codes in internal systems
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Data-entry experience
  • Experience with SAP or similar platforms
