Insight Global is seeking a hands-on, senior-level project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to evolving organizational needs. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, take ownership of complex financial tasks, and contribute meaningfully to transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have worked on an Infor Cloud Suite implementation and is comfortable managing the project.
- Lead and execute non-routine analytics and ad hoc financial reporting
- Manage and support special projects across finance and operations
- Provide strategic input and hands-on execution in Cloud Suite ERP environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during periods of organizational change management (OCM)
- Present findings and recommendations through strong written and oral communication
- Operate as a project manager with a financial lens, driving initiatives forward
- Support evolving business needs with agility and confidence

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Direct experience with Cloud Suite ERP systems
- FSM (Finance and Supply Chain Management) experience
- GHR (Global Human Resources) experience
- Global Payroll experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and organizational transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Location flexible - candidates in Philadelphia or New Jersey preferred; must be open to occasional travel to Camden, NJ
