Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a top-notch dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and managing payments at the cash register.
  • Ensure cleanliness and a neat appearance of the store.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating through various positions including front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude
  • Prior operations experience preferred, but not required
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be necessary based on local regulations (at your own cost)

Work Conditions:

The position may involve working in a hot kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You will be exposed to high noise levels and limited workspace while performing your duties. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment are essential for success in this role.

Pay Range: $21.5 - $24.5 per hour
