Join Our Team as a Cupcake Server at Molly's Cupcakes River East

Location: 419 E. Illinois St., Streeterville, Chicago

Do you love interacting with people and spreading joy-one cupcake at a time? Molly's Cupcakes River East is looking for a friendly, and concienstious front of house team member to join our fun-loving and dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately take, fill, and package cupcake and cake orders.
  • Learn how to frost and decorate cupcakes-yes, we'll train you
  • Prepare espresso and coffee drinks with care and consistency (barista skills are a big plus).
  • Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
  • Cleaning tasks like dishes, sweeping, mopping and restocking.
What We're Looking For:
  • A People Person with a friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Someone who is reliable, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Previous customer service or barista experience is a huge plus
