Position Summary:

We are searching for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to spearhead new business development in a designated territory. The ideal candidate thrives in prospecting, closing intricate contracts, and nurturing long-term relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads within a specified territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meeting
  • Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility services
  • Craft customized proposals and close multi-year service contracts
  • Update and maintain client information and activities in CRM systems
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus monthly commission earnings
    • Annual salary range: $55,000 - $120,000+

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred backgrounds include uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services)
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and managing the complete sales process
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Eager to receive coaching and constructive feedback
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
  • Comply with minimum auto insurance requirements if using personal vehicle for business purposes
