Overview:

Work Schedule: Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM

Compensation: $50-$55/hr based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 for part-time positions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate dental care to every patient
  • Perform direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride applications under dentist supervision
  • Deliver excellent customer service and look for opportunities for Same Day Care
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
  • Assess patients' dental conditions and review medical history
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company standards
  • Guide patients and parents through treatment processes
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as necessary
  • Take x-rays and maintain patient charts
  • Create memorable patient experiences with empathy and care

Qualifications:

  • Current Dental Hygienist license in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands-on skill assessment (mandatory upon hire)
