St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates has part time outpatient primary care physician opportunities available in the Capital District of New York. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Part-Time - Flexible Schedule options Well-established practices with strong system support Physician-governed organization Minimal call rotation with RN Triage as first call Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work These opportunities are not accepting J1 or H1B visa candidates. REQUIREMENTS Applicants should have the following: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine NYS license DEA required. Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups is required RECRUITMENT PACKAGE We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses. Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000 for full time (prorated to FTE status for Part-Time) The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above. Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 (prorated for Part Time) Retention Bonus of $25,000 (prorated for Part Time) Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances (PT rate eligible for providers working 30 or more hours per pay period) Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage CME time & expense allowance Paid time away from the practice Two part retirement savings program with employer matching program
