- Provide compassionate individualized patient care as directed by the RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure.
- Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate needs.
- Complete and record patient vital signs, weight checks, intake & output, blood glucose, urine tests and specimen collections.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including but not limited to, bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, nail care, hair care, dressing and toileting.
- Assist with patient positioning, ambulation and transfers.
- Monitor health and well-being of patients while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, co-workers and self.
- Communicate patient information with care team during and between shifts.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Both experienced and newly certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Valid TB Testing Documentation
- Current Physical Examination
