Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Program Manager, Commerce Ops to join their team. As a Program Manager, Commerce Ops, you will be part of the Commerce Operations team supporting global direct-to-consumer streaming platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager, Commerce Ops
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH)
Duration: 2 Month Contract (should extend through end of 2026)
What's the Job?
- Support the planning and execution of pricing changes, content packaging updates, and regional commerce initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and systems.
- Assist with the execution of market launches, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Operate internal tools to configure pricing plans, offers, and entitlements for web/direct platforms.
- Identify and escalate commerce issues in collaboration with Engineering and Customer Support.
- 1+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in media, D2C, or technology industries.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand new tools efficiently.
- Experience in communication with stakeholders and creating project sheets to track progress.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with digital commerce, subscription services, or streaming platforms is a plus.
