Production Support Operator- 2nd Shift

As a Production Support Operator, you'll be a key part of our thermal spray coating process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Masking parts to protect areas from overspray
- Cleaning components to ensure proper adhesion of coatings
- Deburring parts to prepare them for coating and prevent defects
- Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met
- Supporting other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
- Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate)
- Available to work 2nd shift (Mon- Fri, 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
- Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow
- 1+ year of experience in masking, thermal spray, or aerospace manufacturing
