Clinical Supervisor - Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Summary:
Join our talented team at Golden Hartz ABA as a Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to provide top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities:
Offer clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality ABA therapy delivery.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure that client goals are being achieved.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
Work cooperatively with other professionals, such as psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide holistic care to clients.
Stay informed about the latest industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments in ABA.
Engage in staff training and development activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Will accept entry-level candidates with a strong ambition to excel in ABA therapy.
Possess a solid understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methods.
Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time shifts.
