Seasonal Winter Laborer
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS Receive $500 in mid December 2025 and $500 in April 2026
at the completion of the winter assignment.
DEPARTMENT: General Services Department - Highways Division
TYPICAL WORK SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Days, Monday - Friday, Overtime is a requirement.
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $17.15 - $18.75

Job Summary: The City of Concord, General Services Department, is accepting applications for temporary, seasonal laborers for shoveling and wing people from November 2025 to April 2026. Successful applicants will be guaranteed 40 hours of work per week whether it snows or not. Experience a plus, but not required. Pay rate is $17.15 to $18.75 per hour DOQ.
