The QA team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our products, which includes testing new functionalities and actively participating in defining requirements within our product teams. Utilizing tools like Jira, Xray, Figma, Python, Pytest, Selenium, Jenkins, and GitLab, we strive to meet our objectives.

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will engage with cutting-edge microservice-backed products designed to gather, analyze, fuse, and present diverse information for our intelligence solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze testing requirements and develop detailed test plans.
• Collaborate in product design to ensure comprehensive test coverage meets user requirements.
• Debug issues to clarify testing objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation and a robust log of all test cases and results.
• Create analysis reports and effectively communicate findings with other teams.
• Serve as a crucial link between the development and support teams.
• Participate in daily testing of backlog items, reporting bugs, and suggesting platform improvements.

What Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT or SVN.
• Adept at representing the end-user perspective in discussions with development teams.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong motivation to learn and start writing automated tests.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Basic Linux administrative skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience with Postman (or similar tools) is a plus (training provided).
• Experience in using XRAY test management is an advantage (training provided).
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks like Playwright and Selenium.
• Knowledge of Python and Pytest is beneficial (training offered).
