Chipton-Ross is seeking a Master Planner for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Must have an active Secret Clearance
• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Must have experience with Proposal development
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
• Demonstrated Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
•Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
•Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
•Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
•Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
•Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. •Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
• Accredited HSD/GED

• 4/10 work schedule
