As a Mental Health Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will primarily focus on providing superior client care and improving the mental health of your local community. Youll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where theyre at. Full Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life InsuranceReasonable caseload expectations and flexible schedulingComfortable offices and clinic environmentFree attendance for internal CEUs Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessmentsProvide high-quality individual therapyDevelop and implement effective treatment plansCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated careMaintain accurate and organized electronic health records Requirements: Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.
