* Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management to customers while understanding their business requirements and originating sales opportunities

* Identify, coordinate, and collaborate with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers

* Develop, deliver, and lead business reviews and technical presentations to customers, executive leadership, and team

* Manage the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for customer accounts, technicians and account representatives

* Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers

* Follow Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance
