This is your chance to become part of our full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician role within the Maintenance Service Division.
Compensation: $22-28/hour based on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing commercial maintenance in office buildings.
- Conducting preventative maintenance tasks.
- Overseeing grounds maintenance.
- Handling light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Potential eligibility for an on-call bonus
Requirements:
- Preferred prior experience in residential maintenance.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must successfully pass a background check for government-occupied spaces.
