In this role, you will manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe and cost-effective manner. As a clinical supervisor, you will lead the care team, providing education and training on clinical practice, regulatory updates, and reimbursement changes, while also orienting new employees.

Qualifications:
- A heartfelt commitment to serving patients and families.
- Education: Graduated from an accredited nursing school, holding a current state license as a registered nurse.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Required: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift 80-100 lbs effectively.
