We have a new leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Coordinator, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Grant residence and our Supported Apartments program at Sunset Gardens in Kingston.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired; and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience.

Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm/must be flexible based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $ 69,447.11 per year

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field is highly preferred

  • Management experience

  • Computer skills

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's License
