We have an immediate opening for a Director Of Operations who can provide the highest level of support for our teams caring for our patients in the community.
PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. - Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 years of experience managing multi-site teams within the healthcare space preferred
- Strong understanding of home care operations and Medicaid regulations preferred
- Coordinate and lead all operations within a designated market to meet operational and financial goals
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to engage and lead a team effectively
