- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Support project scheduling and tracking of milestones
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist with budget tracking and cost management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Problem-solve field issues and support the project team as needed
Required:
- 1+ years of construction experience
- Background in wood-frame construction
- Multi-family construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software
- Understanding of multi-family building codes and regulations
- Experience working on phased development projects
