Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Location: Woodbridge, VA - In-Clinic
Employment Type: Part-Time (Potential to grow to Full-Time)
Pay: Negotiable- $65/hour , depending on experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, motivated, and creative Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for therapists who enjoy hands-on, play-based therapy and value flexibility, collaboration, and professional respect. Preferred availability includes after-school hours and/or weekends, but we can design a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized therapy for children in an outpatient clinic setting.
Develop creative, evidence-based treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and independence in daily activities.
Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure carryover and progress.
Conduct evaluations, write detailed reports, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
Work collaboratively with the therapy team to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications:
Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L).
Experience working with children in clinical or outpatient settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
