As a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, you'll lead initiatives to educate customers, partners, and internal teams on cutting-edge technologies reshaping the Media, Entertainment, Games, and Sports sectors. You'll provide expert architectural direction for customer projects utilizing various AWS services and partner solutions.

This role requires you to be a dynamic communicator and content creator, developing and sharing impactful materials. You will engage with clients both remotely and on-site, showcasing your insights and expertise. Expect opportunities for domestic and potential international travel.

The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team focuses on driving revenue and growth across small to enterprise customers, including the public sector. The AWS Global Support team partners with leading businesses, ensuring that world-class support is integral to customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative, customer-focused solutions using AWS and partner offerings.
• Build strategic relationships with industry leaders to drive thought leadership and influence market trends.
• Create high-quality enablement materials like guidance documents, blogs, demos, and presentations.
• Engage with customers and participate in industry events to inspire and educate about AWS's transformative solutions.
• Communicate complex ad-technology and content monetization concepts clearly, establishing AWS as the preferred public cloud for organizations seeking to enhance revenue and optimize their assets.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting of applications and infrastructure.
• 10+ years of experience in IT development or consulting within the software or Internet sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database management, and networking.
• Experience engaging with end-users or developer communities.
• Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS products, market segments, customer demographics, and industry sectors.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, databases, and/or storage solutions.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across various US geographic regions. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $138,200 in our lowest geographic market to $239,000 in our highest. Pay is influenced by factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
