Midwestern IT Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and detail?oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable, data?driven insights to support strategic decision?making. You will work closely with cross?functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support user training and change?management initiatives.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 03 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
