Client Services Specialist

JANUS et Cie, a reputable, design-focused leader in the furniture industry, is seeking detailed individuals to work as a Client Services Specialist to support our Sales Reps in managing all sales accounts within their territory.
This position is based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and is office-based from Monday to Friday.
CompensationBase pay range: $22.00/yr - $24.00/yr, depending on experience. Hourly range: $22-$24 HR DOE.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective relationships with sales teams, vendors, clients, and end-users.
- Partner with assigned sales reps to manage daily account activities.
- Process and manage complex orders.
- Handle invoicing, payment collection, and shipment releases.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status and changes.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines to assist clients.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities affecting customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
