The Line / Prep Cook will be an essential member of Woodward Park City's Food and Beverage team, reporting to the senior food and beverage manager. The successful applicant will assist in day-to-day kitchen operations, ingredient preparation, and menu execution with the senior manager's assistance and coordination.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of kitchen operations
- Communicate with guests and staff efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items
- Maintain speed of service expectations
- Use established best practices for daily operations
- Use industry-standard recipe/inventory tracking
- Maintain facilities and cleanliness standards
- Create and maintain a culture of safety in all areas of the kitchen
- Ensure a high level of guest service and engagement
- Be proactive, adjust to fluctuations in guest counts
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Food / Beverage experience is highly preferred
- Entry-level candidates are welcome with a willingness to learn
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Proficiency in high-volume kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments
Basic Requirements
- Physical capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Food Handler's Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable working in an all-season environment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Criminal background check will be conducted
