Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel """"""" Physical Therapist - Urgent Need Length of Contract: 13 weeks Contract Setting: Outpatient Productivity Level: 90% Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients Shift: Days Hours: 40 hours per week Number of Patients per day: 12 - 14 Requirements: Updated Resume Active Kentucky Physical Therapist Licensed Required AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required Covid Vaccine Card Staffing Perks Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? no Will accept First Time Travelers? no 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
