System Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA
Local Candidates Required?: Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first)
Duration: 3 month contract
Interview Process: Phone + F2F/Skype

MUST HAVE:

  • Expert experience in software installations: creating, testing, configuring, implementing and supporting software installs
  • Strong documentation experience including the ability to provide support to the documentation of new and existing applications
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Ability to monitor and provide application support
  • Level I and II support experience for licensed software issues and work to resolve tickets
  • Working knowledge of Java and engineering applications (i.e. CAD)
  • Ability to provide support to remote staff
  • Excellent communication

NICE TO HAVE:

  • CAD software experience
