divh2Systems Administrator L3/h2pTechnology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their rapidly growing team The Systems Administrator L3 is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves resolving complex technical issues escalated from the Level 1 support team, performing root cause analysis, and implementing advanced system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, a deep technical understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to act as a subject matter expert for core infrastructure./ppResponsibilities:/pulliInstall, configure, and maintain server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) in physical and virtual environments./liliManage user accounts, security permissions, and access controls./liliMonitor system performance and ensure the availability, integrity, and security of all hardware, server resources, and key processes./liliAdminister core services, such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP./liliImplement and manage system backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection./liliDevelop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency./liliManage system patching and updates to maintain security and compliance./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAn active TS/SCI with MD polygraph is required. Last Poly within past 7 years./liliProven experience as an L3 Systems Administrator in an enterprise environment./liliExpert knowledge of enterprise operating systems, such as Windows Server and/or Linux./liliStrong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls./liliExperience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V./liliProficiency in scripting languages for automation./liliExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills./liliEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and vendors./liliLevel 3: BS + 15 years experience/li/ulpTechnology Resource Experts, LLC offers the very best compensation packages and the flexibility to let our employees decide whats most important to them.
