Job Summary

Assist with the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's employee development programs and talent management processes including selection and succession management.

Main Position Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and rollout of job specific training to support manufacturing locations.
  • Assist with the creation and rollout of Leadership training for all salaried employees.
  • Assist with development and implementation of Talent and Learning Modules in Workday.
  • Assist with development and rollout of talent management processes including succession planning and development plans.
  • Assist with the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's employee development programs and talent management processes including training, development, and succession planning.
Employee Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the company and externally.
  • Proficient knowledge of different social media platforms, and an overall interest in business promotion through social media.
  • Experience in posting and monitoring social media accounts through Hootsuite.
  • Familiar with a variety of human resource concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary time management and task prioritization skills.
