Expand your career with TeamHealth We have an opportunity for a physician assistant (PA) to join our ED team PRN at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
This facility supports a 26,000 annual volume ED that provides coverage in 12-hour shifts. There is a hospitalist program in place with an admit rate of 16%. The EMR utilized at this facility is MedHost. The site features helicopter service and EMS base station, and a transfer rate of 3-5%. Physicians see a variety of cases from trauma to illness and patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The nursing staff is very experienced. Specialty support includes cath lab, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, GI, cardiology, interventional radiology, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/Gyn, open heart, ortho, pediatrics, and more.
