We are seeking exceptionally talented, creative and passionate application support specialists to join us as we continue to grow and achieve our aim of becoming the global market leader in the provision of business and technology services to the wholesale and investment banking sector.
A day in this role:
- Participate in implementations and upgrades for Investran
- Provide Investran application support
- Work within the public market's technology group implementing software which will manage the investment General Ledger and sub ledgers
- Collaborate with bright enthusiastic consultants solving real world problems
- Integrations with Excel
The expertise requested:
- Participate in implementations and upgrades for Investran
- Work within the public market's technology group implementing software which will manage the investment General Ledger and sub ledgers
- Collaborate with bright enthusiastic consultants solving real world problems
- Reconciliations with Excel
- Attention to detail
- Application Troubleshooting
- Ticket handling
- Proven experience collaborating with remote teams
- Excellent oral and written communication at both languages English/Spanish
- Able to grasp new and difficult concepts quickly
- Investran support experience
Desired or nice to have expertise:
- Private Equity Asset Class
- Financial Reporting
- Experience within the Financial Services industry
- Previous consulting experience preferred
