- Act as the subject matter expert for Atlassian tools supporting the product development lifecycle
- Manage the product intake process, ensuring prioritization and efficient triaging of project requests
- Develop and deliver training to improve tooling adoption and operational efficiency
- Track and report on product KPIs, OKRs, and funding via dashboards and scorecards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and transparency
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced administration skills in Atlassian/Jira/Confluence
- Expertise in product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong skills in KPI and metric tracking and reporting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with tooling integrations such as Planview, Miro, and Lucid
- Experience in change management initiatives and training development
