Essential Functions:

Provides daily support to staff to Physicians and clinical staff for Athena/IDX schedules.

Trains staff on policies, procedures and clinic protocols.

Acts as a liaison between office staff/physicians, and management.

Assist Analysts and Director with any projects they are working within the scope of responsibility.

Assists with system testing to include all applicable systems as instructed by following the testing plan and assigned areas.

Attends support staff and other assigned meetings.

Demonstrates competent computer skills.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

High school graduate or equivalent required. One-year data entry and customer service experience, knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with an EMR or Practice Management system is preferred.
