On site. Responsible for assisting customers with technical troubleshooting and informational inquires via inbound phone calls and online communication with impeccable follow-up skills. Responsible for Troubleshooting, Data Entry, Stock/Purchase order checks, and other daily or ongoing projects.

salary: $18 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting customers with technical troubleshooting and informational inquires via inbound phone calls and online communication with impeccable follow-up skills. Responsible for Troubleshooting, Data Entry, Stock/Purchase order checks, and other daily or ongoing projects by the department supervisor.

2+ years' experience in a similar position and eager to improve current skill set.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution with empathy and care

• Organization and time management skills

• Mechanically/Electrically inclined

• Team player that can work well with others and is adaptable to learning current systems.

• Experience using various software (Email, ERP/Order Entry Software, MS Office) • Polished professional demeanor

• Outstanding written and communication skills a must

• (ZenDesk Experience a plus)
