Contract Training and Education Specialist. Responsible for providing training and process support for Accelerator Wave 3 initiative. Area of focus will be import and cross border for North America region. Responsible for developing training materials and conducting virtual and face to face training sessions. Must be able to identify process change impact and educate users accordingly. Will need to take lead in organizing and coordinate support with Mexico colleagues. Skills: Previous Company Foriegn Trade process experience. Previous experience in Company Customer Care process Fluent in Spanish Extensive SAP knowledge (foriegn trade, sales and distribution)

SALESFORCE TRAINER AND TRAINING SUPPORT REMOTE ROLE
Characteristics of an ideal candidate
• Eager to learn and teach
• Passionate about facilitation
• Willingness to travel for in-person trainings and meetings (approx. 30%)
• Detail oriented
• Ability to learn new technology as it supports the training need
• Self-starter and dedicated

Experience
• 5-10 years of facilitation experience
• 2 or more years' experience using or training Salesforce or other robust CRM
• Experience managing projects
• 5 or more years' experience in sales
Experience with Adobe learning manager LMS.
• Background in instructional design is preferred

Responsibilities
• Facilitate Salesforce trainings in an engaging manner utilizing research-based education principles
• Create supporting content such as job aids and consult on e-learning design
• Host virtual office hours with sales reps to answer questions and provide further guidance
• Facilitate virtual trainings for application updates and enhancements
• Attend or host ticket review
• Host virtual Champion (pilot users) feedback sessions
• Create challenges, competitions, or appreciation events to drive adoption
• Provide backup to the Salesforce support desk
• Communicate with digital solutions team regarding enhancements and further trainings
• Provide support to project manager for training logistics such as event planning, LMS tracking, and coordinating class resources
