While this position is specifically for a Subway Customer Service Associate, there will be opportunities to train and gain experience in various roles within our travel centers and restaurants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and clean service to guests
  • Assist in maintaining inventory
  • Efficiently operate cash registers
  • Ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Provide outstanding guest service

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating a guest-centered culture
  • Proficient in executing accurate sales transactions
  • Able to prepare and manage food safely and cleanly
  • Committed to following Subway processes and policies
  • Proficient in using computers, telephones, and necessary equipment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
