**What We're Looking For:**

We are seeking a seasoned consultant with a strong background in project management and technical design, specifically in eligibility systems for SNAP and TANF. If you have experience with automated eligibility determination systems, and are adept at working with USDA-FNS guidelines in a state government environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Skills and Experience:**

- Expertise in SNAP and TANF eligibility systems, SNAP E&T, Benefits, and Benefit Recovery (6+ years).
- Proficiency in Mainframe CICS system architectures (3+ years).
- Ability to provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements (6+ years).
- Experience in developing and maintaining procedural documentation (6+ years).
- Skilled in eliciting business requirements and leading development teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems and data analytics using SQL Server (6+ years).

**Preferred Skills:**

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in JIRA, GitLab, and SQL.
- Certified Professional in Business Analysis or Certified Agile Practitioner.
