- Join 4 other Intensivists (Inpatient, CL, ER), Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in a program with strong growth and quality focus
- This is in addition to a growing child psychiatry division of over 10 faculty
- Have input in your future starting from day 1

- Access flexibility in practice models and paid volunteer call scheduling
- Combine multiple models of care
- Teach medical students and residents in a team-based model
