Collaborative Structure, Support, and Responsibilities Reporting to a collaborative Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will be supported by experienced leaders over Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby/Postpartum, NICU, Pediatrics, Lactation, and Perinatal Education, along with unit-based councils and clinical nurse specialists. The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will steer strategy, budgets, staffing, throughput, evidence-based practice, maternal safety bundles, regulatory readiness, patient experience, and staff development while partnering with a friendly, diverse team of nurses, physicians, midwives, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and ancillary professionals.
