Position Overview

Join our team as a Security Support Analyst, where you will play a vital role in supporting, administering, and troubleshooting security-related customer issues across diverse technologies. Your expertise will help us ensure robust security measures are in place to protect our client systems, networks, and data.

This full-time position is based at our headquarters in Downers Grove, IL, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incidents and requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle case management for vendors and service providers effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest security intelligence and hacker methodologies for timely implementation of changes.
  • Perform health checks for various security products as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting at least three of the following security technologies:

  • Cisco Security Products (CSE, Umbrella, Secure Network Analytics, DUO)
  • EDR Platforms (Cylance, CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne)
  • Illumio Zero Trust
  • Tenable Products (IO, SC, Lumin)
  • Horizon 3 Node Zero
  • Email Security Products (Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email)
  • Darktrace

Additional qualifications include:

  • Understanding of network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to perform security whitelisting and evaluate requests for changes across multiple security platforms.
  • Knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) technologies and their security.
  • Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in keeping up with IT security trends and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance for required travel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are essential.

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000.
