We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our energetic team in Van Nuys, CA. This role involves direct patient care for adults and children in a fast-paced urgent care setting, with opportunities to participate in clinic development and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

? Provide acute, chronic, and preventative care for patients of all ages

? Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care

? Workman's Compensation injury care

? Conduct physical exams, including DOT, pre-employment, and return-to-work exams

? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

? Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems

? Support compliance with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

? Contribute to clinical process improvement and administrative efforts

Qualifications

? Active California PA license

? Active DEA registration and NPI (Required)

? 1+ year(s) of experience in:

? 1 year Urgent care or emergency medicine (1 year required)

? Occupational health and/or primary care (1 year preferred)

? Performing minor in-office procedures (preferred)

? Working independently as a solo provider (Preferred)

? Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $80?$90/hour

  • Master's

Experience:

  • Urgent care center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Occupational health: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CA Physician Assistant License (Required)
  • DEA License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
