Unit Manager (LPN/RN) - Subacute Unit

Location: Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center- Neptune, NJ

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Sign-On Bonus:
  • RN: up to $5,000
  • LPN: up to $3,500

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the Subacute Unit, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Lead and support nursing staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/RN in this state.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required.
  • Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other related healthcare setting.
