We are a thriving, privately owned dental office just 14 minutes from Rochester, NY, seeking a talented and experienced Lead Dentist to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment with a clear path to future partnership.

- Earning Potential: $250,000-$300,000+ annually

- Continuing Education: Annual CE stipend
- Schedule: Full-time 4 days/week
- Operatories: 9 fully equipped with room for 2 additional ops
- Technology: CEREC CAD/CAM and modern digital systems
- Team: Well-staffed with experienced assistants and hygienists
- Annual Production: $1.5M
- Insurance Mix: PPO and FFS
- DDS/DMD licensed to practice in New York
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, GPR or AEGD completion a plus
- Passionate about patient care and team leadership
- Interested in long-term growth and ownership
